This journey has been expertly guided by Mr. Abílio Alagoa da Silva, the President of the Portuguese-Saudi Arabian Business Council, whose vision and dedication have opened doors to meaningful conversations and strategic partnerships. Alongside him is his extraordinary friend and counterpart, Mr. Alwali Albaltan, the President of the Saudi-Portuguese Business Council, whose warm hospitality and unwavering support have made our experience truly memorable.
Yesterday, we had the honor of being received at the Portuguese Embassy by the Ambassador Nuno Mathias himself, a gracious host who represents the bridge between our two nations with elegance and insight. His warm welcome was the perfect conclusion to a day filled with inspiration and learning.
Earlier that day, we visited the Sondo Group, a leading company in the Kingdom headed by the remarkable CEO, Ms. Tarfah Almutairi. Her leadership and vision are a testament to the impressive transformation taking place in Saudi Arabia today. Through her eyes, we gained a deeper understanding of how women in the Kingdom are stepping into leadership roles with confidence and making a significant impact on business and society.
We also had the pleasure of visiting the Ibrahim Al Howishel Law Firm, whose team welcomed us with great enthusiasm and openness. Their support for the Portuguese-Saudi Arabian Business Council since its inception has been invaluable.
